Everything students usually ask before and after enrollment.
These answers cover the actual French2PR platform flow, course access, consultations, referral tracking and important learning limitations.
01Can I purchase A1, A2, B1 or B2 separately?+
Yes. Each French2PR level is sold independently, so you can purchase only the level you need and add another level later. The current course price is CAD $399 per level.
Courses02How do I know which French level to choose?+
Start with the level that best matches what you can already understand and produce. A1 is for foundations, A2 expands everyday communication, B1 develops independent communication, and B2 focuses on stronger, more confident use of French. If you are unsure, you can book a paid consultation before purchasing.
Courses03Do I have to start at A1?+
No. The learning path runs from A1 to B2, but the courses are independently purchasable. Learners who already have French experience can start at the level that fits their current ability.
Courses04What happens immediately after I pay for a course?+
After a successful WooCommerce payment, the purchased level is automatically connected to your student account. You can then open the Student Dashboard and continue from My Courses.
Courses05Can I access my purchased course on my own schedule?+
Yes. The recorded-course experience is designed for flexible access through your account. You can return to available lessons and resources from the Student Dashboard.
Courses06What is included inside a course?+
The platform supports structured video lessons, downloadable PDFs/resources, lesson completion and progress tracking. The exact number and content of lessons can vary by level as French2PR updates the curriculum.
Courses07How are paid course videos protected?+
French2PR uses server-side VdoCipher integration for protected video delivery. Playback security, DRM, watermarking and device/browser support remain subject to VdoCipher technology and the active French2PR VdoCipher plan.
Video08Is French2PR only for TEF or TCF Canada preparation?+
French2PR builds French progressively from A1 through B2 and also provides practical TEF/TCF-oriented guidance. The course path is designed to strengthen the language skills that learners need before and during exam-focused preparation.
Exam09Does buying a French2PR course guarantee a TEF/TCF score or Canadian PR result?+
No. French2PR provides language learning, study structure and exam-preparation support, but no course can guarantee a specific exam score, immigration invitation or permanent-residence outcome.
Exam10Is French2PR providing immigration or legal advice?+
No. French2PR is a French-learning and exam-preparation service. Immigration eligibility, points, program rules and application decisions should be confirmed through official Government of Canada information or an appropriately qualified professional.
Exam11Which payment methods are supported?+
Checkout is powered by WooCommerce with Stripe integration. Card payments are supported through the connected Stripe account, and Apple Pay can appear where the Stripe configuration, browser, device and region support it.
Payment12Can I see my orders and payment history?+
Yes. The Student Dashboard includes an Orders & Payments section showing your order number, date, payment method, status and total.
Payment13How does Book a Call work?+
Choose either a 15-minute or 30-minute consultation, select your preferred date and time, complete payment, and French2PR will then confirm, adjust or propose an alternative appointment time.
Booking14How much is a consultation?+
The current consultation options are CAD $22 for 15 minutes and CAD $41 for 30 minutes. Prices remain editable by French2PR and the current checkout price is the controlling price at purchase time.
Booking15Is the date and time I select automatically confirmed?+
No. Your selected date and time are a preferred request. The final appointment is confirmed or adjusted by French2PR after payment.
Booking16What can I manage from the Student Dashboard?+
Your dashboard brings together purchased courses, learning progress, orders and payments, consultation bookings, referral information and account access in one place.
Account17What should I do if I forget my password?+
Use the password-reset option on the French2PR account/login screen. The reset link is sent to the email address attached to your account, so make sure you use an email address you can access.
Account18Can I use French2PR on mobile, tablet and desktop?+
The website and student area are responsive and designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. Protected video playback can also depend on browser DRM and hardware-acceleration support.
Account19How does the French2PR referral program work?+
Eligible logged-in users receive a personal referral link. When a referred customer completes an eligible paid course purchase, the system can create a pending commission for admin review. Payout is handled manually by French2PR.
Referral20Can I earn a referral commission by referring myself?+
No. The referral workflow includes self-referral protections. A referral should represent a genuine purchase made by another customer.
Referral21Where will French2PR publish important platform updates?+
French2PR Announcements is the official on-site area for course availability, platform updates, consultation changes and other important learner notices.
Support22What should I do if course access does not appear after payment?+
