All French2PR course purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because course access is provided digitally, refunds are not available once payment has been completed and access to the course, videos, quizzes or resources has been provided.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the course
- Lack of progress or expected results
- Failure to attend live sessions
- Missed classes or speaking sessions
- Personal schedule changes
- Failure to achieve a particular TEF, immigration or language result
- Technical issues caused by the student’s device, internet connection or browser
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact French2PR at [your email address]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment taken without successful course access being provided
- A refund required by applicable consumer-protection law
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Payment-processing fees may not be recoverable.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the course description, inclusions, pricing and access conditions and agree to this Refund Policy.

Call Booking Refund Policy
All paid French2PR consultation and coaching-call bookings are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend the scheduled call
- Late arrival or missed appointment
- Failure to provide required information
- Personal schedule changes
- Dissatisfaction with general guidance provided
If you need to change your appointment, you may request one rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved by French2PR.
If you miss the call or request a change less than 24 hours before the appointment, the booking may be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If French2PR must cancel the appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you may receive a refund for the affected booking.
Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
